Bethalto Animal Clinic was started in 1976 by Don and Kay Buller. Since opening, it has been a family affair with aunts, uncles, brothers & sisters helping to make the dream come true. At first, the clinic serviced mostly farm animals – dairy & beef cattle along with horses.  Over the years farms have been replaced by homes and pets have moved from the barn to the bed.

In 1991 the Bethalto Animal clinic focused only on the medicine and surgery of dogs and cats. However, things changed in 2001 when Dr. Dan started working in the clinic after graduating vet school.  Both Dr. Dan and his dad worked together until 2006 when he retired. Even though retired, you will still see him around the clinic!

Bethalto Animal Clinic is still a family oriented veterinarian, which has recently updated to include digital x-ray, digital dental imagining, advanced surgical patient monitors and more.
